Sarah Pollyea has 22+ years of experience as an attorney. While her background is primarily residential and commercial real estate transactions, Sarah has also represented business owners seeking to form business entities and business/management plans. Sarah handles landlord/tenant matters for residential and commercial parties, as well as drafting general wills and trusts. She has worked for several law firms and has served as in-house counsel for companies in Chicago, Cleveland and Columbus. Sarah is a pro bono attorney with the Legal Aid Society of Columbus, including working with Veterans at the Chalmers P. Wylie VA Medical Center. She volunteers as a judge in the Ohio High School Mock Trial State Competition and is active in the Gahanna Rotary Club.
