Lisa Crilley Mallis, MA, COC, ACC

Lisa Crilley Mallis, owner of Impactive Strategies and Immediate Past President of NAWBO Cleveland, is recognized for providing practical solutions to everyday effectiveness and efficiency challenges. Using her fifteen years in education, a master’s degree, and multiple coaching certifications, Lisa supports leaders and teams with customized tools so they can take strategic action instead of “just being busy.”

Dr. Hillary Parker

Hillary A. Parker, PhD is a clinical neuropsychologist with Mount Carmel Medical Group providing specialty evaluations for adults with memory-related concerns. Dr. Parker specializes in brain injury, stroke, and neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's, and works with patients, families, and healthcare teams to improve diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning, and quality of life. Outside the clinic, Dr. Parker is actively involved in clinical training for neuropsychology students, has regularly published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, and has served in local and national leadership positions, including current appointments to the MCMG Neuroscience Advisory Council and Physician Wellness Committee. Dr. Parker's expertise in brain-behavior relationships and engaging style make her a valued asset both in and out of the clinic. 


Sharon DeLay is the owner and President of GO-HR (a dba of BoldlyGO Career and HR Management, LLC), a HR consultancy working almost exclusively with small and micro businesses across five areas: general HR, recruiting and on-boarding, training and development, non-traditional benefits and consulting, and career and corporate outplacement. Sharon holds an MBA, as well as undergraduate degrees in HR, Education, and Communication. She maintains Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM-SCP professional HR certifications, and Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) and Certified Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW) certifications. She also has an Accident & Health license.  Sharon is an Everything DiSC Certified Trainer, and an Authorized Partner for Everything DiSC®, The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team™, and PXT Select.
