Part of our TIGER Workshops Series: Why do sports teams exhibit so much passion, energy and dedication to their team? What if our business team could exhibit these similar traits? In this workshop, we will explore how to energize your team using the Scoreboard tool approach and discuss the five criteria needed for successful implementation. We will spend time understanding how to keep the score and understand the key levers that all businesses utilize to impact the Scoreboard. We will accomplish this by using an interactive tool to examine the impact of the P&L with the balance sheet. Finally, we will review how each organization defines key success criteria for their Scoreboard. We will bring all this together via a real life story of an expat going to China to lead a struggling business. Gary Landsettle retired from Ashland Inc after 36 years of service in 2015.
