Mary S. Held is president of Mary Held & Associates, LLC, a consulting firm that specializes in helping organizations make the most of their workforce by providing leaders and their teams with coaching, training and consulting to help them achieve sustainable high performance.
Mary is a nationally recognized business consultant with over 20 years of leadership and organizational development experience in both large and small private and public sector organizations, including Fortune 100 and Fortune 1000 corporations. Her expertise includes leadership and management coaching and development, team effectiveness, performance management and career development. Mary holds a Masters degree in human resource development from The Ohio State University and a Bachelors degree from The University of Akron.
Mary Rauchenstein is originally from the suburbs of Pittsburgh and makes no apologies for being a die-hard Steelers fan! After 25 years working in the restaurant industry, Mary realized that her true passion was really coaching others and helping to shape tomorrow’s leaders, today! As a result, she started her own business, Leadership Edge Solutions in January 2015.
Mary obtained her undergraduate degree from Grove City College in Grove City, PA and later her Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from The Ohio State University. In February 2015, Mary became a certified speaker, trainer and coach with the John Maxwell team. She has just finished writing her first book, “Bullies Shouldn’t Lead, So Why Do We Let Them?” which is currently being edited and slated for publication this spring.
Barb Girson is CEO and president of My Sales Tactics, a professional skill development company. Barb and her team help companies, sales teams, and entrepreneurs gain confidence, get into action, and grow sales by designing and delivering custom training and executive coaching programs (for groups or one-on-one).
Girson uses skills that she mastered while building her first company, a multi-million dollar Tupperware business, as well as serving as a corporate National Sales Director - Responsible for up to $40 million in revenue and 500 leaders and 20,000 consultants in North America.
Sue Kantor, founder and owner of Sophisticated Styling. While working in the pharmaceutical and biotech arena for 30 years, Sue gained firsthand knowledge of the importance of dressing for the situation, organization and client.
When she retired from industry, she decided to utilize her personal experience in a way that would empower women in their own fields. To pursue that goal Sue became certified as a Wardrobe Consultant and Personal Shopper by the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI). She underwent further training with a former stylist from TLC’s “What Not to Wear”™.
Putting her study and experience together, she founded Sophisticated Styling and now serves women in Central Ohio as a personal wardrobe stylist and fashion consultant.
Kristine Slam, MD is a board certified surgeon with Metropolitan Surgery division, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, and a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio and completed her surgical training at the University of Toledo. Dr. Slam serves as the Medical Director of Cancer Services at Mount Carmel East Hospital and facilitates the Multidisciplinary Tumor Board at this location. She serves as the Secretary of the Department of Surgery and participates on several hospital administrative committees. Dr. Slam lives in Blacklick with her husband and enjoys traveling and shoes.
Jodi Wilson, BSN, MBA is the Chief Nursing Officer and vice president of Patient Care Services at Mount Carmel East. Before joining Mount Carmel East, Jodi served as president and COO of Diley Ridge Medical Center - a joint venture between Mount Carmel and Fairfield Medical Center. She was instrumental in building a people-centered team at Diley Ridge that delivers quality care and exceptional patient experiences. In her new role, she is at the forefront of Mount Carmel's historic people-centered modernization project at Mount Carmel East.
