Ed Lamb, CEO Mount Carmel Health System
Mr. Edward H. Lamb, also known as Ed, has been Chief Executive Officer at Mount Carmel Health System, Inc. since November 2016. Mr. Lamb served as the President of Western Division at IASIS Healthcare LLC and IASIS Healthcare Corporation since October 1, 2011 until November 01, 2016. He spent fourteen years with HCA, Inc. in various positions, as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Corpus Christi Medical Center. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of HCA's Alaska Regional Hospital. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of two behavioral health hospitals in Arizona - Charter Hospital of the East Valley and St. Luke's Behavioral Health Center, before its acquisition by IASIS. Mr. Lamb started his career as a Medical Technologist with Orem Community Hospital in Orem, Utah. He is the Chairman of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He was Utah Hospital Association chairman for a two-year term ending this year. He serves as a Member of General Board at Ballet West.
